Mr. Pasetti served in the Air Force as a Law Enforcement Officer from 1980 - 1984. During that time he obtained a Level 3 Bachelor of Science Degree in Law Enforcement with a minor in Leadership Management. In 1985 Mr. Pasetti joined E.M. Enterprises, Inc. as a helper and obtained an Electrical Journeyman license in 1988 after successfully completing a four year Electrical Apprenticeship Program with the State of Florida Department of Labor & Employment Security. In 1990 he earned an Unlimited Certified Electrical Contractor License with the State of Florida. Mr. Pasetti is also licensed as an Electrical Contractor in Georgia and South Carolina. In the early 90s, He relocated to Miami and served as the administrator of Anderetti Industries, Inc. and Consolidated Techniques Electrical Company before rejoining E.M. Enterprises, Inc. in 1997. In 2005 Mr. Pasetti became the qualifier and safety officer for E.M. Enterprises General Contractors, Inc., and is responsible for compliance laws and regulations regarding environmental protection and occupational health and safety. He is the primary contact for Federal, State and local regulatory agencies regarding matters of workplace health and safety issues. Mr. Pasetti�s responsibilities include compliance strategies which include training, inspections, consultations and emergency response services in the disciplines of fire protection/safety engineering, hazardous materials/hazardous waste management, general safety, occupational health, disaster preparedness and workers compensation. Mr. Pasetti has been authorized by the US Department of Labor as an OSHA Outreach Instructor; and is Nationally Accredited by the American Safety & Health Institute as a safety & health instructor. |
