C. Lee Ellis is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MidCountry, and has served as Executive Vice President, Operations, of Alfa Companies since February 1999, and is a member of Alfa�s Board of Directors. Prior to that time, he served with Alfa as Executive Vice President, Investments, and in various other positions since 1975. Mr. Ellis currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Independent Insurers and the YMCA Metro Board. He is a member of the Montgomery Area Committee of 100, various sub-committees of the National Association of Independent Insurers, and an investment member of the American Council of Life Insurance Companies. Mr. Ellis has also served as past president of the Montgomery Security Dealers. He is a past director of First Liberty Financial Corp and First Liberty Bank. |
