Leslie has more than 13 years of trademark prosecution practice, including applications, oppositions, cancellations, availability searches and clearance opinions, brand management strategy, renewals, assignments, licenses, infringement opinions, and international prosecution. She has worked with domain name disputes and other Internet-related matters involving trademarks.
Prior to joining the firm, Leslie practiced for 10 years at Dorr, Carson, Sloan, Birney & Kramer in Denver, where she was a senior shareholder.
