Lisa A. Evr�n joined Merrimack Pharmaceuticals in June 2007 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 2002 to 2007, Ms. Evr�n was Vice President and Treasurer at Amgen, Inc. where she was responsible for capital raising, investment, and associated P&L, balance sheet and risk management areas. Prior to Amgen, Ms. Evr�n held senior finance positions at Sun Microsystems, Inc., Hewlett-Packard Company and Pfizer Inc. Ms. Evr�n holds a BA from Pomona College, a JD and Ll.M (Taxation) from the New York University School of Law, and is also a registered nurse. |
