Lisa A. Grove was appointed vice president and director of auditing in July 2007. From May 2007 until her appointment to director, Ms. Grove served as the acting director of auditing and, from May 2006 to May 2007, as assistant vice president and audit services manager. Since joining the Seattle Bank in 2003, she has also served as audit project manager.
As director of audit, Ms. Grove is responsible for the internal audit department functions, as well as for management and coordination of the Seattle Bank�s external audit processes. She is responsible for providing effective communication of audit findings to the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors and senior management, including reports on the scope of audits, results of audits, and comprehensive recommendations for improvement.
Ms. Grove is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Investment and Derivatives Auditor. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Oregon State University. Ms. Grove has worked in the financial services industry for over 17 years.
