During her 27 year banking career Lissette Duran has held operations posts with major retail banks as well as independent business banks, including most recently CommerceWest Bank in Newport Beach where she served as senior vice president and director of operations and human resources.
She is expert in managing all human resources functions including recruitment, payroll and compensation and benefits.
Ms. Duran, who resides in Corona, began her career with Bank of America in Montebello before moving to First Interstate Bank in the City of Industry as assistant vice president and customer service manager. She also was assistant manager and customer service manager at Washington Mutual in Arcadia. Her independent bank affiliations include East-West Bank in Irvine where she was assistant vice president and branch service manager and customer service manager for Bank of the West in Santa Ana.
At CommerceWest Bank, Ms. Duran reported directly to the chairman, president and chief executive officer and was instrumental in raising $8.7 million in the bank�s initial public offering.
