Lluvia , who is originally from Mexico, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Universidad Aut�noma del Edo., de Morelos, M�xico. Lluvia also completed a Master of Science degree from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa, U.S.A. While attending classes at Iowa State University, she worked as a research assistant for Dr. Elsa Murano, currently USDA Under Secretary for Food Safety. Lluvia has been working in the food industry for 8 years specializing in Chemistry and Microbiology while establishing Quality Assurance Departments. She has originated procedures to comply with all federal agencies and is bilingual which helps coordinate training with the current Hispanic-dominated workforce. |
