Lori R. Sabet is a Managing Director and oversees Carlyle's global Human Resources department. She is based in Washington, DC.
Lori and her team develop and implement Carlyle�s human resource strategy and initiatives on a global basis, including compensation programs, performance management, training and development, recruitment and retention, and organizational development. Lori is actively involved in several human resources organizations and roundtables, and is a frequent speaker and panelist on global human resource-related topics.
Lori earned a B.A. in public administration and human resources management from St. Cloud State University and has a master's degree in human resource management from Marymount University.
