Heather Haynes ventured into the automotive industry in 1994 as a Leasing Manager, after graduating from Howard University in Washington DC. Heather�s first position was with Ray Wilkinson Buick Cadillac in Racine, Wisconsin, where she went on to hold numerous other positions including New Car Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, F&I Manager, Service Advisor, and General Sales Manager. Additionally, Heather graduated at the top of her class from the NADA Dealer Academy. Coming to JM&A Group as a Specialist in 2000, Heather soon transferred to the PDC where she took a position as a Corporate Trainer. Now a Training Supervisor who�s AFIP certified, Heather is responsible for Front End Sales, F&I instruction, and Associate Development. |
