Luiz Antonio Rossafa is 52 years old. Mr. Rossafa holds a degree in agronomics from Funda��o Faculdade de Agronomia Luiz Meneghel, in the city of Bandeirantes, State of Paran�, and a post graduate degree in agriculture from Universidade Estadual Paulista - Unesp, in the city of Botucatu, State of S�o Paulo. Mr. Rossafa was Business Coordinator, Vice-Principal and Principal from Luiz Meneghel Agronomy College, where he was also a teacher. At the Regional Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy Council of the State of Paran�, Mr. Rossafa was the Regional Counselor from 1992 to 1995 and exercised two terms of office as the chairman. At the Federal Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy Council/ Regional Engineering, Architecture and Agronomy Council of the State of Paran�, Mr. Rossafa was a Federal Counselor from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Rossafa was, for three years, the coordinator of the System Organization Commission (COS). Mr. Rossafa was a member of Copel�s Board of Directors from 2003 to 2004.
