Since joining MCG in May 2003, Mr. Belcastro has helped raise more than $1.5 billion of private capital.Prior to MCG, Mr. Belcastro had approximately 10 years of investment banking experience. Mr. Belcastro started his investment banking career with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in 1993. His investment banking assignments primarily included asset backed securitizations as well as public equity and high-yield offerings and merchant banking investments for various consumer finance companies. In 1997, Mr. Belcastro joined DLJ�s Equity Capital Markets Group as an Associate where he focused exclusively on public equity products including IPOs, follow-on offerings, underwritten block trades and equity-linked offerings. Following DLJ�s merger with CSFB in 2000, Luke focused primarily on equity offerings for Health Care and Business Services companies. He was promoted to Director in 2001. Mr. Belcastro had a direct role in over $9.0 billion of capital raising since 1997.Mr. Belcastro graduated cum laude from Amherst College in 1993 with a B.A. in Economics. Luke currently lives in Rowayton, CT with his wife and two children. |
