Mr. Ginsberg is a litigation partner concentrating in trial and appellate cases. He is primarily involved in the defense of physicians in medical litigation, and also has experience in litigation pertaining to construction injuries, product liability, business disputes and insurance coverage.
In law school, he served as Lead Articles Editor of the law review. Thereafter, he served as a judicial clerk to Justice John Stamos of the Illinois Appellate Court. During his clerkship he was an Instructor at The John Marshall Law School. In 1992, he earned an LL.M. in Health Law from the DePaul University College of Law. He is an adjunct professor at The John Marshall Law School, where he teaches Agency and Unincorporated Associations. He has taught AIDS and the Law and Torts II.
Mr. Ginsberg is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
He has also co-authored chapters for Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education handbooks concerning contracts and sales of goods and has authored articles for the Dodge Construction News.
