Ms. Sartori owned and operated YourStaff Solutions from its beginning in 1987 until the sale to TRSG as a professional employer organization (PEO), providing outsourced human resources services to small- to medium-sized businesses nationwide. Services included all employment functions: hiring, firing, payroll, employee handbooks, policy development, workers compensation administration, benefits design and administration, 401k and 529 college plan administration, and a full range of human resource guidance. YourStaff Solutions was named one of Pittsburgh�s Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies from 1998-2002.

Ms. Sartori co-authored The Legal Ramifications of Employee Leasing� 1991 and The Professional Employer Services Handbook� 1995, American Business Education, Inc.� publications.

Ms. Sartori has been a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (formerly known as National Staff Leasing Association) since 1988. Marcia served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) from 1992-1994. As a member of the NAPEO, she has served on the Legislative Affairs Committee as the Head Delegate for State Sales Tax issues and the NAPEO Task Force.
