Mr. Rezende has been an alternate member of our board of directors as a nominee of Odebrecht since September 29, 2002. He has been the vice president of institutional relations of the Odebrecht Group since 2002. Mr. Rezende served as a journalist in various capacities for newspapers and television stations from 1972 through 2002. Mr. Rezende holds a bachelor�s degree in sociology and politics from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and in social communication from the Faculdade Casper L�bero/PUC S�o Paulo. |
