Mark A. Featherstone joined the Company in 2001 as Global Controller. He was elected to his current position in March 2005 and is responsible for the Company�s global financial and accounting functions, including the management of the day-to-day activities within the Finance organization.
Previously, Mr. Featherstone was Senior Vice President-Finance and Controller at Internet Partnership Group from April 2000 to March 2001, and Director of Financial Policies and Projects at Coty Inc. from May 1996 to March 2000.
Mr. Featherstone is a CPA and holds a MBA from Drexel University and a BS degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. |
