Mark M. Rothleitner is Vice President - Investor Relations and Treasurer of The Black & Decker Corporation. He joined Black & Decker as Director of International Treasury in January 1991, and was Assistant Treasurer - International from 1994 through 1996. He was named Treasurer in March 1997, and assumed additional responsibility for Investor Relations in January 2000.
Mr. Rothleitner held several positions at AlliedSignal Inc. from 1986 through 1990, including Manager of International Finance in Corporate Treasury and Manager of Financial Analysis and Planning in the company�s automotive sector. Prior to joining AlliedSignal, he spent four years with Union Texas Petroleum in Houston where he worked in Corporate Finance and International Treasury.
Mr. Rothleitner holds M.B.A. and B.A. degrees in economics from the University of South Carolina. A graduate of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, he serves on the Executive Board of the National Academy Foundation, a magnet high school program within the Baltimore City Public School System. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers. |
