Mr. Harris joined DSLi in July of 2002 and is responsible for the financial management and funding of operations.
Mr. Harris was previously CFO of Riversoft Plc. a software development company listed on the full London Stock Exchange.
At Riversoft, Mr. Harris led the due diligence and documentation for four rounds of venture capital funding in addition to securing industry partner led financing from Cisco, Intel and Hewlett Packard, and a successful initial public offering in December 2000.
These funding activities raised a total of $250 million during which the company grew from less than 20 employees in the UK to over 300 people on 4 continents.
Prior to his term as CFO of Riversoft, Mr. Harris held a number of management positions, as a Auditor with Deliotte & Touche in London, a Consultant within the bank�s Special Projects Team for Salomon Brothers in London and Frankfurt and two years as European Sales Credit Controller at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Harris has a First Class Honors degree from the University of Leicester, England and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales. |
