Mark identifies evaluates and supports Information Technology-related acquisition opportunities for Safeguard. He is involved in all phases of Safeguard�s transactions including negotiation deal structure and diligence. Prior to joining Safeguard in 2005 Mark worked at both Broadview International and Wachovia Securities where he focused on M&A and IPO transactions in the software internet and communications infrastructure sectors. He also has experience providing strategic consulting to Fortune 500 companies and early-stage business ventures. Mark earned degrees in both Physics and Philosophy from Duke University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
