With more than a decade of experience working in the Denver commercial real estate market in acquisitions, development, leasing and property management, Mark Ulrich directs all activities related to the company�s Denver portfolio.
As Regional Director of First Industrial�s Denver region, Mr. Ulrich is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, development, leasing and portfolio management of industrial properties on the company�s behalf throughout the Denver metropolitan area.
Prior to his position of Regional Director, Mr. Ulrich served as Director of Leasing, where he spearheaded the leasing efforts for the region and was responsible for the management and supervision of the in-house leasing team�s brokerage activities.
Mr. Ulrich started his career as a broker associate at Collawn Resources, LLC, a commercial real estate investment company specializing in small syndications of multi-tenant office, industrial and apartment properties. While working at Collawn Resources, he was responsible for all facets of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, leasing, property management and dispositions.
Previously, Mr. Ulrich worked as a landscape architect and project manager for Mt. Daly Enterprises, Inc. in Aspen.
A licensed real estate broker and active member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Mr. Ulrich earned a bachelor�s degree in landscape architecture from Michigan State University.
