Marsha C. Williams is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equity Office Properties Trust (NYSE) a real estate investment trust in Chicago Illinois. Ms. Williams is responsible for the company�s financial reporting and tax treasury and finance investor relations/public relations and risk management departments.Prior to joining Equity Office in August 2002 she was Chief Administrative Officer for Crate & Barrel where she managed the finance accounting information technology warehousing distribution and logistics loss prevention strategic planning direct marketing operations and purchasing departments. She was also a member of Crate & Barrel�s real estate and operations committees. Prior to Crate & Barrel Ms. Williams served as vice president and treasurer for Amoco Corporation the former Chicago-based multi-national oil company that merged with BP in 1998 Vice President and Treasurer of Carson Pirie Scott & Company and Vice President of The First National Bank of Chicago.Ms. Williams is also a director of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V. Davis Funds and Selected Funds.Born in 1951 Ms. Williams received her bachelor�s degree from Wellesley College and master�s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Ms. Williams joined the Modine Board of Directors in 1999. |
