Martin E. Dollinger is a partner of the firm, where he is chair of its Real Estate Department. He concentrates his practice in complex transactional real estate and corporate matters throughout the United States. Since 1987, Mr. Dollinger has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the Real Estate category and he is listed in Chambers USA - America�s Leading Business Lawyers 2005-2006 guide as a leading individual in the Real Estate practice area. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the American Bar Association and its section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Ramapo College Foundation. Mr. Dollinger is the author of New Jersey Real Estate Leasing Forms: Practice (Michie 1991, Lexis Law Publishing). He has been a lecturer at programs for Georgetown University Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Dollinger graduated in 1963 from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and from Cornell University Law School (1966). Upon graduation, he served as a captain in the Judge Advocate General�s Office of the Army stationed in the Pentagon, from 1967-1970. While serving on active military duty, he earned his master of laws degree in taxation from Georgetown University (1970). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey (1974), New York (1966) and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1974). |
