Martin G. McGuinn has been a member of our Board of Directors since August 2006. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mellon Financial Corporation until February 2006 where he spent 25 years in a number of positions. Mr. McGuinn recently concluded a one-year term as Chairman of the Financial Services Roundtable. He served as the 2005 President of the Federal Reserve Board�s Advisory Council. Mr. McGuinn also serves on several nonprofit boards including Carnegie Mellon University the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. |
