Martin J. Fallon serves as HMG�s Vice President and General Counsel. He has over 18 years of legal experience focused upon the representation of physicians and hospitals. In addition to handling the legal affairs of HMG and its affiliated physician practice groups, he also directs HMG�s health care regulatory compliance and risk management programs.
Immediately prior to joining HMG, Marty spent six years as Corporate Counsel for one of the nation�s leading emergency medicine providers. During that time, he created and implemented comprehensive Health Care Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule Compliance Programs. He also provided legal and regulatory counsel to managers throughout the organization as well as affiliated medical billing and collection companies. Prior to joining HMG, Marty was also a Partner in a Cleveland based law firm and has over ten years of experience defending physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice litigation. Marty received a Bachelors degree from Boston College and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University. |
