Matt Brazier is the Chief Operating Officer for Eclipse with responsibility for all of Eclipse�s consulting services. Matt's 25+ years IT experience has spanned both IT systems design and development and data center / infrastructure management. Matt has been a key contributor to many large IT projects including developing and deploying systems in support of multi-state federal government contracts and providing specialized technical assessment consulting services to the state of California. Under Matt's direction, the Consulting Services Teams within Eclipse provide a broad spectrum of IT capabilities ranging from Enterprise Architecture Design and Implementation to Independent Verification and Validation Assessments, Independent Project Oversight, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Testing, Feasibility Studies, Legacy Application Modernization Strategies, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning, Infrastructure and Application Security Assessments. |
