Matthew S. Essieh has been a Director since the Bank�s organization. He is Chair of the Audit and Compliance Committee and a member of the Personnel and Governance Committee.
Mr. Essieh is President and CEO of EAI Information Systems (EAI). He and his company have been pioneers in developing and customizing software solutions to help financial service firms manage their retail investment programs for greater efficiency and profitability. EAI lists among its clients some of the nation�s leading banks. Mr. Essieh�s career in banking technology and financial services spans nearly two decades.
Prior to founding EAI he was CFO of Westmark Inc. a third-party financial services firm serving the banking industry. He is Board Chair of the World Affairs Council of Oregon and a former Board Member of Oregon Episcopal School and the Northwest Small Business Finance Corporation. Mr. Essieh holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Southern Oregon State University.
