Matthew Kabaker is a Principal in the Corporate Private Equity group and is based in New York. Since joining Blackstone in 1998, Mr. Kabaker has been involved in Blackstone�s investments in the London International Financial Futures & Options Exchange (LIFFE), Aspen Insurance, Ariel Re, HealthMarkets, TRW Automotive, Financial Guaranty Insurance Company (FGIC), SunGard, and Michaels Stores. Mr. Kabaker received a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Kabaker serves as a Director of Ariel Re, TRW Automotive, FGIC, HealthMarkets, and Michaels Stores. |
