Mr. Sillett focuses his practice on private equity, venture capital, corporate finance and banking. He represents institutional and corporate clients (public and private) on a wide range of corporate and financial matters, including investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, acquisition finance and joint ventures. He regularly advises companies seeking venture capital and private equity investment or bank finance.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Mr. Sillett was a partner at Speechly Bircham and before that he was a partner at Osborne Clarke. Matthew has been an active practitioner in the UK private equity market for over ten years.
Mr. Sillett is resident in Brown Rudnick's London Office.
