Melanie Braidich is President - Mountain Region for Verizon Wireless, overseeing the operations of five states and 900 employees. Her responsibilities include sales, marketing, distribution, customer service and financial results for Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming. The Mountain Region is headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and is part of the company�s West Area organization headquartered in Irvine, California.
Most recently, Braidich was Executive Director - Retail Customer Experience for the West Area. In this role she worked closely with Marketing & Sales Operations, Customer Service and region management to ensure that retail customers enjoy the best possible experience whether making a purchase or receiving technical or customer service support. Previously, she served as acting President- Pacific Northwest Region.
