Michael D. Loberg has been a Director since January 2007. He is currently serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Inotek Pharmaceuticals Corporation and previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NitroMed, Inc. from 2003 to 2006, and as Chief Executive Officer of that company from 1997 to 2003. Dr. Loberg held a number of senior management positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) from 1979 to 1997, including President of the Company�s Oncology and Immunology, U.S. Primary Care, Northern Europe, Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Squibb Diagnostics divisions, as well as Director and Vice President, E.R. Squibb & Sons Research and Development. Prior to BMS, he was at the University of Maryland, as Associate Professor of medicine and pharmacy from 1976 to 1979 and as Assistant Professor from 1973 to 1976. Dr. Loberg is a Director of Advanced Magnetics, Kereos and Inotek. He holds a B.S. in chemistry from Trinity College and a Ph.D. in chemistry from Washington University. |
