Mr. Connolly concentrates his practice on bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented a variety of parties, including secured lenders, unsecured creditors, debtors, preferential transfer defendants, and trustees.
Mr. Connolly is a Master in the Bankruptcy Inn of Court and is currently the Inn�s Program Committee Chair. He has served as an officer of the Inn since 1998.
Mr. Connolly has served as a moderator and panelist on various seminars involving bankruptcy law issues. He has also published several articles on bankruptcy topics.
