Mr. Smith was formerly (1979-1999) founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Concrete Solutions, Inc., a licensed general contractor and specialty sub-contractor. During his tenure at Concrete Solutions, Mr. Smith�s company successfully negotiated and completed divisions of preeminent construction contracts throughout the country, including numerous nuclear missile magazines, international airports, federal courthouses, CEBAF�s (Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility) and hospitals. Mr. Smith has also been a successful real estate developer of single-family projects, directing land acquisition, zoning, and design through completion of construction. |
