Michael is a principal and consulting actuary with the Los Angeles office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1987.
Experience
Michael has been involved in a broad range of actuarial consulting services. His areas of concentration include companies in conservation/liquidation, hospital professional liability, and California workers� compensation. Michael�s expertise also includes reserving studies for multi-line personal and commercial lines insurance carriers and reserve and funding studies for self-insured companies.
During his career at Milliman, Michael has developed experience with a wide range of clients. His clients include personal and commercial lines insurance carriers, state governmental agencies, self-insured companies, risk-retention groups, and captive insurance companies.
Michael�s long-term, ongoing governmental assignments include reserve and funding studies for California entities, including the State Workers� Compensation Insurance Fund, the Insurance Commissioner�s Conservation and Liquidation Office, as well as counties and cities.
