Michael Guilbault focuses on the Managed Services segment of the Information Technology industry. The goal of his research is to identify the capabilities, enablers, and practices that end-users are employing to gain superior business results from investments in professional services. By isolating the metrics, processes, and resources that Best-in-Class companies use to select and manage relationships with service partners Michaels� analysis provides direction to the end-user community and insight to solution providers.
Michael�s recent activities have included frequent visits to Europe and Asia where he has held seminars and conferences with senior managers of major professional services companies. For the past three years he has been a delegate at the annual NASSCOM India Leadership forum in Mumbai, has been active in the analyst relations circuit, and has worked closely with major professional services companies including CSC, Infosys, Wipro Technologies, and Tata Consultancy Services.
Michael�s work has involved extensive on-site technical project execution in developing regions and management of international managed services delivery. His research and presentations have included benchmarking of professional services companies by resource management, go-to-market, and financial strategies. Michael brings strong provider-side knowledge and perspective to Aberdeen and aims to expand his managed services market end-user acumen.
Michael has an MBA from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics. He also has a Master of Science from the University of Arizona and a B.S. magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire. |
