Mike Sullivan joined IHS in October 1999 as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, and was promoted to Executive Vice President and CFO in April 2006. Mike leads the worldwide finance organization, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting, tax and treasury.
Mike is very involved in setting business strategy, overseeing operations, actively participating in the Company�s corporate development efforts, and generally driving shareholder value creation.
Previously, Mike spent three years with the Coors Brewing Company, initially overseeing the corporate accounting function and later leading the corporate planning and analysis efforts for this $3B public company. Prior to Coors, he spent 10 years with Price Waterhouse in New York and Denver, where he managed the firm's participation in over 30 mergers and acquisitions and worked extensively with both public and private clients of that firm.
Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Iowa. |
