Michelle began her career in personnel in 1970 when she accepted a position with San Diego�s largest personnel staffing company. For 8 years she managed an office of 7 people in an organization of 30 consultants, all the while maintaining her position as the firm�s top individual producer.

Wanting to focus on professional search, in 1982 Michelle became one of the founding principals of Ryan-Allen & Associates, Inc. and has since concentrated on the recruitment and placement of top-tier accounting and finance professionals.

Her personal time is spent with family and friends, exercising, playing golf and working with her favorite charity, the San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital Auxiliary, which she served as President for 5 years.
