Minakshi is a Broker/Associate who has been with Century 21 Estates for over 14 years. Minakshi grew up in India and, prior to moving to Valparaiso, lived in Europe and the eastern United States. Therefore, Minakshi can empathize with her clients experiences during the moving process. She is very perceptive and sensitive to individual needs. Relocation and Mature Moves specialist, and was recently certified as an ASP Realtor�. This training program covered specific techniques and concepts in Home Presentation and Staging. The ASP Realtor� certification provides Minakshi with additional tools that enhances the services she provides clients: She can assist sellers in preparing their homes to look their best for showings and also help buyers visualize the potential of the homes they view and make better decisions. During her many years as a Valparaiso resident, Minakshi has developed a wide range of contacts through her ongoing involvement with various civic and cultural groups. She is committed to her community and supports organizations such as the homeless shelter.
