Monica Davies focuses her practice in complex business and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis in the areas of class action defense, securities litigation/arbitration, and consumer financial services litigation. She is a member of the firm�s Class Action Litigation practice group and the Securities and Consumer Financial Services Litigation practice group.
Monica has defended clients in several class action lawsuits involving securities, insurance and financial services, and has represented companies and individuals in numerous multimillion- dollar commercial disputes. She has represented lenders, insurers and other financial institutions in litigated matters throughout the country.
Monica is also a member of various federal and state bar associations and has been named by her peers as a "Rising Star" as noted in Minnesota Law and Politics magazine.
