Prior to joining Oriental Norberto Gonz�lez C.P.A. J.D. was Executive Vice President and Risk Management Director in Puerto Rico of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (Spain's second largest bank) from 1998 to 2003. He was Senior Vice President Credit Administration of PonceBank from 1992 to 1998.
He started his professional career at KPMG Peat Marwick where he worked from 1980 to 1992 becoming a Senior Manager specializing in audit and consulting services to financial institutions.
Mr. Gonz�lez graduated magna cum laude in 1980 from the University of Puerto Rico where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. In 2001 he earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
Mr. Gonz�lez is a member of the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
