Norm Boyd is Senior Vice President Human Resources of AGCO Corporation and is responsible for the Company�s strategic planning human resources management information services mergers and acquisition activities and developing business in emerging markets. He was appointed to his current position in June 2002.
With 30 years of experience in the farm equipment industry Mr. Boyd held several key management positions within both AGCO Corporation and Massey Ferguson Group Ltd. prior to its acquisition by AGCO and the International Harvester Company. His most recent positions with AGCO include Senior Vice President of Corporate Development Vice President Sales and Marketing Europe/Africa/Middle East where he was responsible for all sales and marketing functions in that region and Vice President Marketing North America.
Mr. Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University and completed the Executive Management Program at the Tuck School of Dartmouth College. |
