Norman R. Bud Robertson joined LeCroy�s Board of Directors in May 2004 and is the designated Audit Committee Financial Expert. He currently is Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer for Progress Software Corporation, a Massachusetts-based supplier of development, deployment, integration and business management applications. Prior to joining Progress Software in 1996, Mr. Robertson was director of finance and administration, and treasurer of M/A-Com, Inc., a leading supplier of radio frequency, microwave and millimeter wave semiconductors and components to the wireless telecommunications, surveillance and defense-related industries. He also has served as a financial executive at Progressive Technologies, Instrumentation Laboratory, Fisher Scientific, Digital Equipment Corporation and General Motors. Mr. Robertson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University. |
