Patrick Sorek's strength as a litigator derives from his extensive experience with the inner workings of the Pittsburgh Federal Courthouse during eight years as a senior law clerk, where his responsibilities included drafting nearly 500 decisions for a wide range of cases.
Last year Pat completed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) training offered through the U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh Division. Having successfully completed the course, Pat is now available through the Courts ADR program website as a third-party neutral for services including arbitration, mediation and early neutral evaluation. He can also assist our existing clients in drafting and designing ADR provisions for inclusion in transactional documents, and in designing internal ADR processes to avoid litigation.
