Paul, who co-chairs Lindquist & Vennum's Insurance Recovery group, also assists clients with commercial litigation and appellate cases.Paul has litigated nearly 70 appeals. He is known for meticulously examining the foundations of laws and statutes to advance new interpretations. In several cases, his arguments have been so thoroughly researched and persuasive that the courts have summarily agreed with him. His insightful approach to appeals has often helped create new law favoring his clients� interests.Paul brings the same analysis and strategy to bear in other areas, particularly insurance recovery. By examining the fine details of coverage issues from multiple angles, he finds unprecedented avenues for obtaining recovery.
