Paul Pressler joined Gap Inc. as President and CEO in September 2002. Prior to Gap Inc., Pressler was a 15-year veteran of The Walt Disney Company. Most recently, he was chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, responsible for all of Disney's theme parks and resorts around the world, as well as the Disney Cruise Line and ESPN Zone restaurants. Pressler previously served as President of Disneyland, President of The Disney Stores and Senior Vice President of Disney Licensing. Prior to Disney, he was Vice President of Marketing and Design for Kenner-Parker Toys.
Pressler was appointed to Gap Inc.'s Board of Directors in October 2002. Pressler serves on Avon�s Board of Directors. A long-time supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, he serves on the organization's board of directors and its executive committee. Pressler has previously served on the board of directors of Resources for Children with Special Needs and on the advisory board of the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation.
