Paula's career has spanned over 14 years in corporate human resource management roles and ten years as a senior executive in a national retail retained executive search firm. During her career in executive search, Paula spearheaded assignments for many prestigious retail client including: Prada, Kmart, Harley Davidson, Jo-Ann Stores, Cole National, Diesel, J Crew, Bloomingdale�s, Lenscrafters, Kozmo.com, Dairy Mart, Le Gourmet Chef, Duane Reade and Loehmans to name a few. Previously, Paula worked in the hospitality segment of the market with such well-respected organizations as Quakers Oats, Magic Pan Restaurant Division and Sbarro, Inc. Her career then shifted to the "service" marketplace, where she was director of human resources for a large regional cellular telecommunications company before she moved on to a regional specialty retailer in the home improvement segment of the market.
