Pei Hsien Fang was named Vice President of New Wave Research Division in July 2007, when his company was acquired by ESI. Mr. Fang had been Chairman and CEO of New Wave Research since 2002, in addition to being one of its original founders. Prior to New Wave Research, Mr. Fang cultivated 12 years of engineering, field sales and marketing experience by working for high-technology companies. He began his career in 1978, when he joined National Semiconductor for two years as a Design Engineer. From 1978 to 1986, he held field sales and marketing positions at Hewlett Packard, where he evolved from being a Design Engineer to a Field Engineer and later became a Field Marketing Manager. Thereafter, he joined Metrotech in 1986 as an International Sales Manager and eventually was hired by Fora Incorporated in 1989 as their Director of Sales. Mr. Fang is a graduate of San Jose State University where he received a master�s degree in Electrical Engineering in 1978. He also holds a bachelor�s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. |
