Peter Koffler�s extensive transactional real estate experience covers all areas of sophisticated commercial real estate, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing and development of a wide variety of assets, including office buildings, hotels, retail complexes and multifamily residential buildings. Mr. Koffler�s works extensively with complex multi-tier joint venture structures, and he regularly represents a wide range of both domestic and foreign commercial developers, investors, funds and financial institutions.
Mr. Koffler is also a member of Stroock�s Energy and Project Finance Group, serving as the lead real estate attorney on all power plant, energy and related transactions. In addition, Mr. Koffler leads the firm�s Brownfields division of the Environmental Group, representing private developers, municipalities and public authorities with regard to brownfields redevelopment.
