Peter Ginn is Regional Manager of First Industrial Realty Trust�s Milwaukee region. His duties include the coordination and implementation of acquisitions dispositions developments build-to-suits asset management and lease negotiations for the Company�s Milwaukee region portfolio. Mr. Ginn joined First Industrial in 2003 and was previously marketing representative for Inland Companies where he brokered transactions totaling over 600 000 square feet with a transaction value of $12 million. His clients at Inland included GE Asset Management Opus North as well as a number of private investors. Prior to that he was vice president of Tramell Crow Company where he brokered transactions totaling 1.9 million square feet with a transaction value of $43 million. Earlier in his career he held property management positions at Fidinam (USA) Inc. and Heitman Properties. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from St. Ambrose College and is a licensed real estate salesperson. |
