Phil Wilkins is currently a practicing general family dentist in Winnsboro South Carolina.
Dr. Wilkins graduated from Clemson University in 1977 with a B.S. Degree in Microbiology. He attended dental school in Charleston at the Medical University of South Carolina and graduated in 1981.
Dr. Wilkins� civic and professional activities include serving on the Board of Visitors at the Medical University of South Carolina from 1990-1992 serving as an elder for Sion Presbyterian Church a member of the Winnsboro Rotary Club serving as president from 1991-1992 a member of the Richard Winn Academy Board of Directors for six years serving as president for three a member of the South Carolina Implant Study Club American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association. He was a former member of the Board of Directors of the Community Federal Savings Bank before merging with Union Financial Bancshares Inc. He is a past president of the Winnsboro Cotillion and a former board member of the Winnsboro Downtown Development Board. He is the County Chairman for IPTAY and serves as the chairman of the Richard Winn Academy Spirit Fund raising committee.
