Ra�l Alarc�n Jr. has been our President and a director since October 1985 and our Chief Executive Officer since June 1994. On November 2, 1999, Mr. Alarc�n, Jr. became Chairman of the Board of Directors and continues as our Chief Executive Officer and President.
Mr. Alarc�n, Jr. joined SBS as an account executive in 1983. Currently, Mr. Alarc�n, Jr. is responsible for our long-range strategic planning and operational matters and was instrumental in the acquisition and related financing of each of our radio stations. |
