Ms. Walker practices in the areas of zoning, real estate, municipal law, litigation, and land use regulation in the firm�s Rockville Office. She represents a broad range of clients from individuals to real estate developers, custom home builders, and commercial home builders. Ms. Walker routinely assists clients with real estate transactions, including contract drafting and review, zoning feasibility and opinion letters, landlord-tenant disputes, historic preservation matters, real property tax appeals, and title disputes. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Ms. Walker worked as an attorney for the law firm of DuFour & Orens, Chtd. in Bethesda. Ms. Walker received her law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. She is an active member of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association, where she serves on several committees.
